The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) has set-up the Guru Tegh Bahadur Academy for Civil Services (GTBACS) for helping the Sikh Minority candidates in Coaching, Training and Counselling for Preparation for various Civil Services Examinations who are appearing in different competitive examinations including Central and States Governments and PSUs.
GTBACS would also start on-line coaching for various Central and State level Civil Services and PSU Examinations from the next year.
In the first instance, applications are invited by Guru Tegh Bahadur Academy for Civil Services (GTBACS) from the Sikh Minority candidates, appearing/ appeared in the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination-2020 and expecting to qualify for the mains examination, for the grant of merit Scholarships by way of sponsoring their Coaching, Training and Counselling expanses for Preparation for the Civil Services Mains Examination 2020 from the best Civil Services Coaching Institutes in Delhi/ their Home towns.
The boarding and lodging facility would also be provided/ arranged by the Academy in Delhi for the deserving meritorious candidates.
The last date for applying is 15th October, 2020. All Sikh Minority candidates who clear the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination-2020 may be selected for the above-mentioned merit Scholarships and boarding and lodging facility.
The applications from the Sikh Minority candidates who wish to prepare for the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination – 2021, 2022 and other examinations would also be invited in due course.
